My Isagenix Story
In May of "08 I took a pilgrimage to Brazil to see John
of God.
I had been struggling with body aches, insomnia,
depression and severe gastrointestinal problems since
1990.
Over the years allopathic medicine had done
nothing but make matters worse, and though I tried
various alternative methods, meditation,
supplementation, nothing was affecting a total cure.
The experience of John of God at the Casa of Dom Ignacio
was spiritually and medically profound. I was able to
stop my sleep medication while in Brazil. When I got
back to NC after I went through a couple weeks of
process, all my bodily aches were gone! That blessing
was wrought by the sheer grace of God.
I was grateful for the cure, but I was still 30 pounds
overweight and plagued by gastrointestinal discomfort
and bloating.
Then the second miracle happened. I was introduced to
Isagenix by an acquaintance who has since become a
friend. Within a couple of days on 2 Isagenix
shakes and one meal. My stomach already felt much
better. My nighttime eating had ceased because my
stomach didn't hurt, so I not longer felt the need to
put something on my stomach in order to go to sleep.
Then my perennially bloated stomach started to shrink
and ceased to be so tender. I can not tell you the
thrill it gave me to experience my digestive tract on
the mend.
At this writing , only 24 days into the Isagenix program
(that's with just 2 cleanse days), I have so far lost 9
lbs and 10 inches. Isagenix is not just a weight loss
program for me - "2 shakes and a meal" is a way of
nourishing and healing my body that holds the promise
that soon I will once again be able to have a life.
My stomach feels great, my flatulence has been reduced
by 80%, my energy has come back and my massage practice
is starting to build. I feel good enough to start my
spiritual/meditation life over again with bright hope
that I will not only survive but be able to be of
service and have a productive, enjoyable life.
I am so looking forward to reaching my weight/health
goals and being able to return to work full time in the
physically demanding field of massage therapy, and
pursuing my other projects with renewed vigor and focus.
